The drop off went as expected. Migel took care of me and was able to pull from computer the reason for appt. He was very helpful and did everything as promised. The only negative about the experience, not service related, was being hit with a 3 percent extra charge for using CC. The prices are not cheap to have car serviced, but milking an extra charge not expected or appreciated.

Brought Honda Accord in for recall and first service. On time. Courteous staff. Job done quickly. Short wait time. Service department went over work that was done item-by-item. Job well done.

Service department was honest and helpful with preventative maintenance on my Honda Odyssey. Pricing was competitive to local independent shops and other dealerships. Easy to work with and an extensive job was performed in one day.

Shottenkirk Service Department is simply tops. They are prompt, have a comfortable waiting room or van service, and are excellent at explaining the service done on the car!

I have no complaints regarding services at Shottenkirk Honda. Ever since I got my Accord in 2023 they alway provide timely preventive maintenance in accordance company policy. I trust them on doing continued maintenance on my Honda Accord.
