We are so grateful for the service we received here today! We bought a used Fit from Carvana. It was delivered with minor issues. After hours on the phone with Carvana and their service partners who had no solution for us, we gave up on them and drove it to Honda of Davis as a last hope. They were able to fix it for us in a matter of hours even though we had no appointment. Thank you thank you thank you! We definitely know where to take the car for any future service needs!

This dealership was amazing we went to three prior to this one future Honda in Sacramento ( the worst, we had to return our car back) cap city Honda and Folsom lake Honda and they all couldn’t get us approved even after my brother had really good credit but the day we came here recommended by wife’s mom, we got approved my brother as co signer and my wife as first time buyer and I kid you not with one of the best interest rate out there we were so amazed and just blown away and now me and my wife have a great car and not just that my brother is offered a brand new car and with the lowest interest rate, I’m just great full by God and this team. Mario didn’t rejected us nor told us no like most sales rep like to do and ignore you, Mario was straight up to us and before you know it he came back with great news and we were just amazed because how come the other couldn’t it’s like they just put info and let the bank decide but not here they were on it. I recommend to see Mario (sales rep)

If I could give 5 stars a hundred times for Pratap Chand Service Advisor# 767 who goes by the name Patrick at your Shottenkirk Honda of Davis it would be my pleasure to! We are from out of town, almost 450 away and had an unfortunate accident exiting the freeway into your town. The car was towed to your dealership. The following morning I was fortunate to meet Pratap Chand. Pratap knew our situation and took charge of making sure our car was safe to be back on the road again. We appreciate how kind and helpful Pratap Chand and your service technicians were. Pratap Chand is leadership material if it is his desire, your company should consider offering him a promotion. If I could just rate Christian 5 stars I would, but I have to take my entire experience into account here. I went in looking for either a crv or hrv, and to trade in my old accord. Christian was very professional and easygoing at the same time, listened to what I was coming in for, and accommodated me accordingly. He didn't try to push the top touring model heavily on me, just gave me the option. He also knew all about the car's features and let me take my time test driving and sitting in both to get a feel for them! I also really appreciated Christian working with the entire team on my deal. He was able to get the trade in value I wanted for my old vehicle, and take off the expensive dealer accessories that I didn't want/need which I really appreciated. Made it so I could purchase my dream car - a CRV hybrid! Only reason why I took off a star is because of a weird issue with the owner's manual. My car was missing one for some reason. We finished all the papers around 9pm so I agreed to get it the next day since I needed to bring in my pink slip the next day anyway. No big deal there. When I came back the next day, they didn't have it and said they had to keep looking. Kind of annoying since I didn't want to have to come back a 3rd time but whatever I guess. I had to call back twice to follow up on it, because I just wanted an owner's manual with my brand new vehicle. The sales manager didn't want to shell out the money to pay for a new one. I get wanting to save money and paper but I spent a lot of money to purchase the vehicle from them. I wanted the sale to be completely done and to have the owner's manual in hand. They called today and said they finally had the owner's manual (over a week later). So I drive in to get this all squared away, and once I'm there in person they try giving me a 2023 owners manual, even though my car is a 2024. I had to politely but firmly tell them I would not accept that, and to just go take the owner's manual out of another CRV on the lot if they had to. I paid for the car including the owner's manual and I had been very patient and gone back and forth with them a lot already on this. 15 min later they come back and FINALLY give me the 2024 manual like I should have gotten from the beginning. This may seem small but became a headache for me trying to call/go back to the dealership with my hectic schedule, and it really didn't need to be that difficult. Overall I didn't get ripped off, really love my car, and I'm within the general monthly payment I wanted for my vehicle. If it weren't for the owner's manual nonsense I would have given 5 stars. Big shout out to Christain for his professionalism, being so knowledgeable, and accommodating to what I was looking for. I just hope the dealership doesn't lose any more owner's manuals😂

I again I am pleased to purchase my 6th car from this location. After 24 years I want the care due my loyalty. Thank you to Matt in Sales for not hounding me and his patience to regards to my time table and needs; Phil the Sales Manager from the time I arrived for my appointment (made sooo easy); Doug in Finance with my paperwork and Mandeep for arranging for all the accessories added and installed. This dealership is very professional and they dont play games or force unnecessary dealer upgrades that you can’t take off the final price (unlike Roseville Honda). I shopped around online and saw another dealership in the area doing a crazy promotion on the CR-V, I called around and this dealership was able to match their price with the color we wanted! They honored the price we discussed over the phone and the paperwork was seamless. I worked with Vinny from start to finish, and he made our car buying experience a very pleasant one. We are very happy with the deal we got and it’s all thanks to him.

Great service. I even drive here from Sacramento because all the locations around Sacramento get so busy you get trapped for hours. And I did go to FOLSOM LAKE HONDA a few times but FOLSOM LAKE HONDA made crazy mistakes like leaving the radiator fluid reservoir cap off. In case you are unaware, if such a mistake is not timely discovered (which thank God I did discover before a trip out of town--ALWAYS CHECK under the hood and your tires before going out of town), your radiator fluid can evaporate, and if that happens it can cause $$$$$ thousands of dollars of damage. Bear in mind prices at all Honda dealerships keep going up. And we warranty owners have the often cost-saving option of using ASE-certified techs elsewhere for simple things like an oil change if you have warranty concerns--but you have to weigh that with the Q. of whether you will get genuine Honda parts and whether that issue matters to you and to your warranty.

I had been looking for an Accord for over a month. Went to see Vinny and he found my perfect car within 2 days. They had to get it from a local dealership. Walker, the Servive Representative, has superb customer service skills while working with him on the phone. I inquired today about a full pump recall on my 2018 Honda CR-V, and he was able to let me know effectively when that vehicle may be ready to be brought in. He explained to me that recalls don't get repaired immediately until the vendors let them know how to repair it. That small piece of info educated me and put me at ease. Most of all, this dude has positive energy and doesn't throw off that hurried, aggro, irritable vibe. Sometimes, going into service, we customers get the sense that we don't want to be helped or we are an inconvenience or the facility is just to busy to take on another customer. Walker doesn't give off that energy, and others should take heed.

This review is for Tom Edwards. Tom has proven to be the BEST mechanic we have ever encountered. We bought a new Honda Accord, and about a month later, it was making this humming noise when we drove. We brought it into Honda three times, but the problem still persisted. However, Tom was very persevering in getting the root of the problem resolved. He took detailed care to try to understand what was causing the sound, by going into the car from the trunk side and then test-driving it to triple-check if the sound was still there. He could have just stopped after the first examination. But, despite the hot weather, he worked tirelessly to examine each possibility. He was relentless and went above and beyond to fix the root issue once and for all. All of this proved him to be not just someone who fixes your car but someone who cares about the customer.
